Log In
Go to https://alifceria.com.my/ACIS to log in.

- Key in your full email address, eg. username@gmail.com
- Key in your password
- Click on Hantar button
If you forgot the email address used for registration, click on Lupa Emel button.
If you forgot the password, click on Lupa Kata Laluan button.
Registration
Once you've logged in, click on My Kids > Anak/Jagaan
Add New Kids
If it's your children's first year in Tadika Alif Ceria, click on Tambah Anak/Jagaan to add your children's record.
Please prepare
- Scanned Birth Certificate in image format (jpg/png) in A4 size.
- Clear photo in image format (jpg/png).
Please fill in all the information required.
Register
Click on My Kids > Pendaftaran
Click on Daftar Sesi 2023 button.
An alert will pop up. Click on Teruskan to continue.
Fill in all the fields with the correct information
Please do read the "Terma & Syarat Kemasukan". Click on the checkbox to confirm.
Click on Hantar Permohonan button to submit the application.
Update Parents' Details
Edit your profile by clicking on My Kids > Profil menu.
Please fill in all the required information.
Payment
After TAC Administrator's approval, parents will receive an email with payment info from the system.
Click on My Kids > Pembayaran
Payment Methods
1 Online Banking
Make your payment online with your bank of choice.
Click on Pay Now button to make your payment online.
An alert will pop up. Click on Pay Now to continue.
You will be redirected to the payment gateway page.
Click on the icon of your bank. In this example, we will use BSN.
Tick on I understand and accept the Terms and Conditions checkbox.
Click on PAY button. You will be redirected to your bank's online banking page.
Steps:
- Login to your online banking page.
- Proceed with payment
- Page will be redirected to ACIS after payment. Payment status will be updated in real time and may take a few minutes to be reflected in ACIS.
2 Manual Payment
- Make your payment via ATM or internet banking.
- Upload your payment receipt in image format (jpg/png) to ACIS.
- Click on Submit Proof button to upload your receipt.
Click on Hantar to submit your proof of payment.
An alert will pop up. Click on Teruskan to continue.
Fill in all the fields with the payment information and upload your proof of payment by clicking on the Browse button.
Click on butang Hantar to submit your proof of payment.
Change Password
Click on Change Password menu

- Key in your current password
- Key in your new password
- Key in your new password again to confirm
- Click Submit

1. Can I change my email address/username?
Yes. Do contact our helpdesk and request to change the email address used in the system
2. I didn't receive any email from ACIS.
Please check your spam/junk folder
3. I forgot my password.
Please click on Lupa Kata laluan and key in your email address. And email will be sent to your email address.
4. I forgot my email address.
Please click on Lupa Emel and key in your phone number.
